Cardinia Division Cross Country 2022

After another “Take 2”, we had a cold but dry day for the Cardinia Division Cross Country Event on Friday June 3rd at Toomuc Reserve. The wind was very lazy, almost blowing through competitors as they marshalled to start. 

Congratulations to Tayte (6BC), Mikayla (5SA) and Owen (4SM) for their efforts at this next level of competition. There were smaller groups in each race but the pace was much faster.

Tayte finished 9th in his event and will now have the opportunity to represent St Pat’s at the next level of competition.The Southern Metro Regional Event will occur on Wednesday June 15th at Hastings Foreshore. We wish Tayte well as he strides into yet another level of competition. 

Thank you to parents/guardians who took time out of their schedules to transport their children to the Division Event and to Neesha Bateson for acting as the support staff member on the day.
