This term 5SM have been learning about the Victorian gold rush. We have really enjoyed this work. We have created lots of different pieces of work from wanted posters to letters. We have learnt how people on the goldfields had a very hard life. Many people got sick because the food was bad and the water was used for mining, washing, cleaning and drinking. 

The troupers treated the miners badly. 

We recently went on our camp to Kryal Castle and Sovereign Hill. We had so much fun and no sleep. Below are some of our reflections:
