Rotary Public Speaking Experience

The teachers had told the year sixes about a public speaking competition. We spent a lot of time working on our speeches. After that, eight of us were chosen to do our speeches in front of the year fives. In the end two were chosen to go to the Rotary Public Speaking experience. Surprisingly we were chosen. By we, we mean Ava and Kuei. We felt very nervous and excited to represent Saint Patrick’s at the Rotary. On October 28th, 2025 we were going to represent our school with our speeches. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we had a great time. We made it to the finals and we’re very proud of ourselves.
